1 - Proposal Terms and Conditions

  1. All VIDYAOne sales and support information is updated on vidyaone.com and also provided in this proposal. You can use our Product and Services only after accepting all T & C of this proposal and it's link.
  2. All our services will be provided to your current school only whose details  are mentioned above in this Proposal Form.
  3. VIDYAOne starts implementation of services after your acceptance only.
  4. Content updation by VIDYAOne for VIDYA School Website (VSW) will be processed First time only. For second time content updation it will be chargeable as per company norms.
  5. You will cooperate with us and provide all required hardware and software which are needed in installation and setup of our services. (You can check requirements for our product and services from product and service websites.)
  6. You will provide a computer knowledge person who takes all the training and communicates with us for any help and support.
  7. You authorized VIDYAOne to communicate with you and your staff, teacher, students and parents to provide them help and support, new feature information, update information and get feedback to improve our services.
  8. You will provide data and information timely to complete your setup and training in scheduled time by VIDYAOne.
  9. VIDYAOne will never be responsible for any type of data loss or any type of losses.
  10. VIDYAOne provides a data backup tool with our service which can help you take your data backup timely.

  12. VIDYAOne provides all product and service links and their information on the company website (www.vidyaone.com). Please visit and properly read and understand. 
  13. If you have any doubt or confusion regarding our services, offer services in this proposal term and conditions, help and support, service demo and uses. Then first clear by connecting us and then start using.
  14. Our services are ready for use and provide a common use basis. Any type of personalization may have additional charges.
  15. VIDYAOne does not promise to provide any personalization or commit to develop any services for single school. (It totally depends upon company and requirement.)
  16. SMS recharge and add-ons services are separate from this price and provide on a prepaid basis.
  17. Our all services are prepaid. If you are failed to pay on time or grace period then VIDYAOne will stop your all services and once you clear your all dues then your services will resume.
  18. VIDYAOne provides a maximum 3 days grace period to pay your dues from the date of your invoice or order form.
  19. All disputes are subject to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.

If you are filling this Order Form it means you have visited and read carefully all our terms and conditions, privacy policies, eula from our website vidyaone.com, you accept these terms and conditions in full and without reservation. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this Order Form. If you place an order from this order form, it means that you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

It is an agreement between VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. and you. These terms apply to the “Software Products”, “Software Services” and “Support”, which includes the physical media, soft copy, download or Signup activation for any software service from VIDYAOne website or its concerned websites on which you received it, if any. The terms also apply to 1. Updates, 2. Supplements, 3. Support services for this software.

This Order Form is used as an Agreement form between You and VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. It only gives you some rights to use the software and services. VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software and services only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.

You may
  1. You will never be a legal person/developer/designer to work on any technical limitations in the software.
  2. Use our Software Products and Services as it is. Updates are the concern of VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. It may be payable or non-payable.
  3. Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software and services are strictly prohibited.
  4. Do not make copy or replica of any software, services, its content and other all things.
  5. You are not authorized to publish the software for others to copy.
  6. Never give VIDYAOne software products and services on Rent, lease or lend.
  7. Do not transfer the software / services or this agreement to any third party.

VIDYAOne provides many support options to their customers, please visit product website or company website i.e. vidyaone.com, according to your need for more details. All support available according to the package. Support schedule and methods are only the matter of VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. Technical, software, service support is the matter of first come first serve basis. All supports are scheduled according to support engineer availability and provided on its predefined schedule time. Make sure that you have got your schedule time and ensure that you are firmly available with your pc/software/services/website at that schedule time so that our executive can contact you and solve your problem within time limit.


3 - LICENSE TERMS

These license terms are an agreement between VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. and you. These terms apply to the “software” named above, which includes the media or soft copy or downloaded from website on which you received it, if any. The terms also apply to
  • Updates
  • Supplements
  • Support services for this software.
By using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software and immediate stop using this service.

If you comply with these license terms, you have the rights below.
  • INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS: You may install and use one copy of the software on your device/s only as per agreement.
  • SCOPE OF LICENSE: The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways.
  • You may not
    • Work on any technical limitations in the software.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.
    • Make more copies of the software.Publish the software for others to copy.
    • Rent, lease or lend the software.
    • Transfer the software or this agreement to any third party.
  • BACKUP COPY: You may make one backup copy of the software. You may use it only to reinstall the software.
  • DOCUMENTATION: Any person that has valid access to your computer or internal network may copy and use the documentation for your internal, reference purposes.
  • TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DEVICE: You may uninstall the software and install it on another device for your use. You may not do so to share this license between devices (if not permitted or if not multi user purchased).
  • SUPPORT SERVICES: Because this software is "as is," we will provide support services for it under the limitations of terms and conditions.
  • Technical support is available via email.
  • APPLICABLE LAW: INDIA- If you acquired the software, the laws of India apply. Subject to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction.
  • DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: The software is licensed "as-is." You bear the risk of using it. VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. gives no express warranties, guarantees or conditions.

This limitation applies to

  • Anything related to the software, services, content (including code) only.
  • Claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, guarantee or condition, strict liability, negligence, or other, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  • It also applies even if VIDYAOne IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. knew or should have known about the possibility of the damages.
  • You must provide your legal full name and other information in order to use software.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your data and software, and backup. Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with software crashes.
  • You are responsible for all entry, transaction, SMS etc from your license.
  • You may not use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • The client undertakes not to harass, threaten, abuse or harm the software.
